cleansing detoxHomeopathic practitioners advice that we must regularly cleanse our body. A cleansing tea detox is a good and easy way to flush out the toxins that have built up inside our body. These toxins may have accumulated through the years. They are from the unhealthy food we take such as junk food or cholesterol-laden food.

People who practice regular cleansing can attest that they feel lighter and healthier after cleansing. Their skin also gives that radiant glow.

natural herbal productsWhen it comes to treating common ailments, from a headache to a skin rash, nothing beats going natural. I’d rather rely on natural herbal products because I know they are effective yet safe.

Natural skin products, for instance, are particularly advisable for people with sensitive skin who are prone to allergic reactions. Children, especially infants, also have sensitive and delicate skin. Hence, it is better for them not to use creams or lotions that are filled with synthetic ingredients.

6. AVOID: Commercial Deodorants. They contain xenotoxins and block detoxification efforts. Sweating is good.

DO: Nothing. If you smell, you are probably suffering from internal toxins. Daily take 2 chlorophyll tablets with are alfalfa, or 1 tablespoon Barlean’s or Odo’s Green drink with pure water. If you need social support, try plain baking soda (to which you may add tea tree or lavender essential oil) under the arms before going out.

Or use Nikuz Cleansing Tea : A mixture of dry herbs and aromatic oils. Neutralizes and drains toxic materials which accumulate in the body during an illness. Recommended for use during the healing period, for fundamental treatment of chronic diseases (inflammations, allergies etc.) and for overall fatigue.
Properties:
Enhances overall metabolism
Stimulates liver functions
Provides various minerals, including silicate and trace elements
Enhances kidneys function
Enhances intestines function

4. AVOID: Cow Dairy. See the website: notmilk.com You will see that our health information concerning the ingestion of cow dairy is politically motivated by a greedy industry. I have found many health issues vanish after dairy is discontinued: ear infections, obesity, allergies, asthma, acne, arthritis, depression, digestive challenges, and many more. The FDA is allowing more pus and blood into your milk from sick cows.
DO: Organic Oat Milk is great for adults and children for the following reasons: adults with high cholesterol find their LDL levels improve with elimination of dairy and the addition of Oat Milk. Children are calmer when oats are added to the diet. Almond milk is also useful if there are no added sugars. Avoid rice and soy milk. Cow cheese is challenging for most bodies. Try goat or sheep, or one of the plant based cheeses. An ice cream substitute blend: 1 bag organix frozen fruitlike blueberries, 1 or 2 frozen organic bananas, ¼ cup ice or oat milk.

3. AVOID: Soda pop of all kinds. The carbonation and excessive high-fructose corn syrup (which is 55% fructose and 45% glucose) as sugar in soda can cause pancreatic and liver damage. There have been reported cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease children requiring liver transplants from drinking too much soda. Fat accumulates in the liver causing inflammation. Worse yet is diet soda with the biohazard of xenotoxic chemicals.
DO: Water. ½ of your body weight translates to ounces of chemical free water you should consume daily.

Deodorant
My favorite is Baking Soda with lavender essential oil. Recipe is: ½ cup baking soda with ten drops of lavender essential oil.

Other uses

Baking soda is also good to soothe aches and pains, good as a toothpaste, and also as a remedy for upset stomach or depression (drink 1 teaspoon to ½ cup warm water. Stir until dissolved and then drink.)

seborrheaThose who suffer from seborrhea dermatitis, better known as dandruff, know the heart break and embarrassment that accompany the flaking, itchy, scaly skin on their scalps and the resulting thick, white flakes that litter their clothing.

Nearly 5% of the world’s population is afflicted with seborrhea. It is an inherited condition that affects the production of skin cells. A scary fact about seborrhea is that it could affect anyone and anytime.

Factors including seasonal changes, illness and infection, stress, hormonal changes, neurological conditions, HIV infection and medication have been known to cause seborrhea.

The problem cannot be cured permanently, but there are some seborrhea treatments that can sooth the yucky symptoms. Shampoo containing zinc, zinc-based spray solutions and medicated-dandruff hair rinse can control most of the flaking.

back painSometimes after a long day of working at my construction job my back aches horribly. Last year I thought I might need to look for different work because the aches were becoming so frequent. Then my foreman suggested I try taking hot baths to relax my aching back muscles. I know–guys don’t normally talk to each other about taking baths, right? But I am glad we did, because after the first week of trying the hot bath method for back pain relief my pain was already subsiding.

Now whenever any of the guys at work complain about aches and pains I tell take to take a soak.
