meshi1.jpgThe body has many lines of defense to help protect itself from harm. The skin is the first line of defense. So it is very important to teke care of your skin.
There are many factors affecting the condition of your skin. Such as lack of moisture. Dry skin isn’t just uncomfortable – it’s also a sign that your skin isn’t holding on to enough water to allow its repair enzymes to work properly. That means that your skin is less able to naturally heal the inflammation caused by external attackers like the sun, excess sugar intake, and pollution.

The solution: Moisturize! Not all creams and lotions are created equal, though: Ideally, a moisturizer should not only temporarily hydrate, but also strengthen skin so that it can retain moisture more effectively.

You need all natural effective ointments protecting the skin of lips, hand palms, toes, and heels against cracks. Products that nourish skin, creates a protective layer to prevent further dehydration
Enhances recovery and skin regeneration. Calms (against itching).

The products we suggest contain exclusively edible ingredients, of vegetal origin.  They contain no preserving ingredients, artificial fragrances or solvents.

Has The Winter Sucked Your Skin Dry?

Many people suffer from dry, chapped skin during the winter months. Thick winter clothing can often worsen dry skin by rubbing it raw. Often people cope with this problem by using moisturizing lotion. But this solution only works for some people. For those with dry skin that is also sensitive, many lotions can actually further irritate the skin. On all-natural dry skin care solution is to use oatmeal. Oatmeal soothes and hydrates rough, red skin. Try adding a couple teaspoons of powdered oatmeal to your bath.

Take The Natural Route To Healing

There are so many natural products out there these days it’s a wonder that people are still using synthetic and processed products. Herbs can be used in so many ways from teas, to skin products and essential oils. Some people may not believe that using herbs for medicinal purposed is effective. But I beg to argue. In fact, for last several years I have sipped a cup of chamomile tea every night before going to bed, and it really helps me sleep. I used to struggle with insomnia almost every night, and I would be grateful if I got a few solid hours of sleep. But now I am sleeping eight hours a night, and I give the chamomile tea credit for that. Everyone should at least try using natural healing herbs.

Meshi oil7. AVOID: Chemical detergents, cosmetics, creams, and cleansers. After being horrified by the toxic elements that I am finding weekly in the bodies of the very young, I know that we are passing xenotoxins from generation to generation. These toxins are sucked into the body from our clothing via toxic cleaning materials.
DO:For topical house cleaning I recommend vinegar with water, lavender and tea tree essential oils. Paraben free cosmetics, shampoos, and creams are an absolute must to avoid cancer. Avoid antimony in waterproof eye make-ups.
