I have found many health issues vanish after dairy is discontinued: ear infections, obesity, allergies, asthma, acne, arthritis, depression, digestive challenges, and many more. The FDA is allowing more pus and blood into your milk from sick cows.
DO: Organic Oat Milk is great for adults and children for the following reasons: adults with high cholesterol find their LDL levels improve with elimination of dairy and the addition of Oat Milk. Children are calmer when oats are added to the diet. Almond milk is also useful if there are no added sugars. Avoid rice and soy milk. Cow cheese is challenging for most bodies. Try goat or sheep, or one of the plant based cheeses. An ice cream substitute blend: 1 bag organix frozen fruitlike blueberries, 1 or 2 frozen organic bananas, ¼ cup ice or oat milk.
