A technology based foods diet contains food that plops out of a box or can and is not nourishment, but most often generates internal pollution and toxic waste for the body to deal with. Food that does not nurture the body robs it of vitality. As the body struggles to digest it, these toxins lodge in the liver or in tissue as a xenotoxin or internal pollutant. Cholesterol building trans-fats such as margarine and processed cheeses, and over processed enhanced dead foods such as white flour and sugar create challenges for the organs and lymphatic system, the blood, and mental processes. An unbalanced or polluted liver may cause anger, fear, and depression. As consumers, we cannot trade our ability to make conscious and selective food choices to fatten a technology based food industry just because we are not empowering ourselves to make a small change in our habits. Many of our bad food habits are influenced by commercial advertising. Our vulnerable children sit and watch television in their spare time eating health-stealing packaged foods. They gain a lot of weight, and get angry and depressed, and may even develop diabetes from poor diet. Drive-thrus are especially harmful because we do not smell food cooking and our stomachs do not expect food. The big burger with fries sits in the stomach and ferments.
Periodically you need to detoxify your body.
You need to neutralize and drain toxic materials which accumulate in the body. Prevention is the best way to cut the medical expences.
