People! Educate yourselves and your loved ones. Please do not assume that if the product is approved by FDA it is safe. Almost every day you hear that food or drug that is FDA approved been banned. So my suggestion is ppllease  do not by processed food like bleached flower or refined sugar or bread made with bleached flower.

Processed drinks

Don’t drink it!

“What Is Brominated Vegetable Oil? Bromine is a halogen and displaces iodine, which can depress thyroid function, as well as known side effects such as: depression, memory loss, hallucinations, violent tendencies, psychosis, seizures, cerebral atrophy, acute irritability, tremors, ataxia, confusion, loss of peripheral vision, slurred speech, stupor, tendon reflex changes, photophobia due to enlarged pupils, extensor plantar responses, fatigue, lethargy, loss of muscle coordination, and headache.” http://voices.yahoo.com/the-dangers-additive-brominated-vegetable-oil-1569091.html?cat=51

“It’s illegal to use the chemical as a food additive in the European Union, India, Nepal, Canada, Brazil and Japan. Other ingredients that are allowed in American food but not in other countries include certain artificial colors and additives to flour.”

Prescription drugs

Educate yourself.

“FDA’s mission is first and foremost to protect public health by ensuring that foods are safe and properly labeled,” the agency said in a statement, contending that science-based implementation of federal law has helped make the U.S. food supply “the safest in the world.” Really?!
The companies are not required to show the FDA their reasoning or even to notify the agency before using the ingredient. The agency can ask to see the research and investigate if health issues emerge later. Which means that FDA will approve the ingredient but may unapprove it is later on after people test it on themselves and the product makes people sick. Nice approach using people as Ginny pigs!  Manufacturer claims that there is a very small amount added in drinks and food.

The problem is that it is not just one type drink of food item. BVO and many other additives added in many products we eat or drink. We don’t know how many. And this is the crucial point: we do not know what we consume. We do not know why is there an autism epidemic. We do not know why are there so many kids with allergies and asthma. We don’t know why there are increases in cancer. We do not have this knowledge yet,

So you need to educate yourself. No doctor or dietitian will help.

Here are some suggestions:

Drink water if you are thirsty. Not bottled water – filtered water.

If you cannot pronounce the ingredients – don’t eat it!

Eat your juices. Fiber in fruits and vegetables is important for your body.

Healthy habits not medicine.

Doctors use it but not their patients.

Eat red meat once a week, fish once or twice, chicken once a week.

Use quality supplements.

Use deodorants only on special occasions.

If you can shower every other day -not every day.

Exercise !

Learn  how to cope with stress.

Enjoy family and friends.

And remember: doctors are not here to keep your healthy. Doctors are here to help you if something happened to you.

Educate yourself

Read the label.

So stay healthy and don’t relay on doctors too much.

Education helps you to live longer

Education helps

Live long and prosper.

Many have studied the reasons for longevity. Why do some people live longer than others? Is it genetics? Is it culture, or perhaps lifestyle?

James Smith, a health economist at the RAND Corporation, delved into the prevailing mystery of why some groups of people live longer than others. What he found you might find surprising. I certainly did. The number one social factor that correlated with long life was not geographic region or health or socioeconomic status, but education.

Among the most important things you can do to help lengthen your children’s lives is to keep them in school, according to Dr. Smith. And he’s not the only one who has come to this conclusion, as you will discover in this New York Times article.1

Good for you

Good morning!

Cup of good coffee daily

Glass of good wine doesn’t hurt

Exercise daily but don’t overdo it. 3 Times a week not more than hour at a time

Get at least 7 hrs of sleep. 8 hrs is optimum.

Be happy!

Have a right attitude handling stress.  Meditate. Most of your worries never materialize. The past is goan. So live in the present and be happy.

Drink enough water but do not overdo it. Don’t force yourself to drink if you are not thirsty. And forget the sodas.

Enjoy company of good friends. Having good times with your friend beats going to doctors.

Wine in moderation
Good wine with friends.

Family life and good family relations we need it by design.

Good sex is great for life expectancy.

Don’t diet. Unless you are really sick.

Eat everything in moderation. Read the labels. Educate yourself on the ingredients.

Fresh strawberries

Life is good!

Watch what you use on your skin. Many skin care products contain harmful ingredients.

Use good quality vitamins and supplements

In short enjoy your life and live but know your limits.  “We’re so busy watching out for what’s just ahead of us that we don’t take time to enjoy where we are.”

There is mounting evidence that flu shots do not guarantee a healthy winter, and in fact they cause far more harm than good.

Flu season is coming

Flu sucks!

The United States recommends more vaccines than any country in world. The CDC recommends 48 doses of 14 vaccines by age six, and 69 doses of 16 vaccines by age 18. The CDC also recommends an annual flu shot for all Americans from six months of age through year of death.

There is accumulating evidence that dramatically increasing the numbers of vaccinations our children get has made vaccine makers richer, while America’s children are moving in the opposite direction of health — statistics show they are actually getting sicker…

During the past 30 years, the number of vaccinations our children receive has tripled, and during that same period of time, the number of children with learning disabilities, ADHD, asthma and diabetes has also more than tripled!

It has been alleged that the 2009 pandemic H1N1 swine flu vaccine is much more deadly than the swine flu itself. In 2010 Australia temporarily banned use of seasonal influenza vaccine containing the pandemic H1N1 strain for children under the age of five after 99 children were admitted to the hospital with convulsions after receiving the shot!

A 2007 report entitled “Pipeline and Commercial Insight: Pediatric and Adolescent Vaccines,” written by vaccine analyst Hedwig Kresse about the future of vaccine profits. The report includes an assessment of products and forecast of market size and coverage rates to the year 2016, predicting that due to the “promising commercial potential” of new, high-price vaccines, the pediatric and adolescent vaccine market will quadruple from approximately $4.3 billion in 2006, to over $16 billion by 2016, across the US, the EU-five including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK, and Japan. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/11/04/big-profits-linked-to-vaccine-mandates.aspx

Flu shots a waste of money

Why me?

American government admitted that the H1N1 vaccine side effects included a deadly nerve disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome. This, of course, didn’t stop health officials from continuing the push the vaccine on the public, even though it has been found by researchers in Vancouver to actually worsen H1N1 symptoms.

So what do you do to net get sick?

To steer clear of the flu and harmful effects of the vaccine, try taking a sunscreen-free walk in the sun. Just 10 to 15 minutes daily of vitamin D3 can slash your risk of getting the flu by 42% . You could also start drinking green tea and following these other steps on how to prevent a cold and the flu. Your immune system – not vaccines – is the true fighter against the flu. http://www.infowars.com/pharmacies-profit-from-dangerous-flu-shot-disrupt-medical-records/
